We are pleased to announce that our Farm Market will now be stocking products from Noodle Craft, a boutique, small batch pasta and noodle company in Stanford, Kentucky. This family-owned business draws on their Italian heritage (and a great deal of research) to utilize old world techniques to create great pasta and a slow, air-drying process to give it the best texture and flavor.
We are extremely picky about what we stock and we love their fresh pastas, compound butters, fresh-pulled mozzarella, and sauces – both alfredo and marinara!
