Slow roasted beef in our house-made adobo marinade featuring dried chilis, fresh herbs and spices is wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. Topped with our scratch made enchilada sauce, shredded Cheddar-Jack cheese, and fresh cilantro. 6 enchiladas per pan.
Each meal is fully cooked and comes with reheating instructions.
